  • Late payments may incur interest charges

We reserve the right to revise pricing or billing terms with prior notice.

We may recommend or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, HubSpot, Mailchimp). Vivid Strategy is not responsible for the terms, performance, or availability of third-party platforms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
